Requirements for enrollment
A Completed MPTC application.
A copy of your certificate from the 120 hour Basic Reserve Program or prior Reserve In-Service Program. We do not keep your certificate from Basic Reserve on file so you are responsible to provide it in order to be admirtted to this program.
Cash, money order, or bank check in the amount of $125.00.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS CAN BE ACCEPTED. PAYMENT DUE FIRST NIGHT OF CLASS.
Attire: Refer to MPTC dress code which will be provided. Sneakers, t-shirts, shorts, blue jeans are prohibited. Shirts must have a collar. THE DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Classes will be held on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:00PM - 9:00PM. Attendance at all classes is mandatory. Missed classes must be made up within 90 days.
